Safety & Security:
Physicians: have you ever asked yourself why other websites require you to ‘register’
before viewing employer details? …think about it.
The security and confidentiality of physician’s information is the single most important
objective at Docs4Hire and we go out of our way to ensure that your information
is secure; primarily because, we don’t ask for it to use our service!
Jobs posted on Docs4Hire are reserved exclusively for end-employers of physicians
and all third-party physician recruiters are prohibited from posting their ads on
our service. Furthermore, physicians can be as anonymous as they want in responding
to jobs and any information that is submitted by physicians is never stored by Docs4hire.
Physician’s privacy is our number one concern. No more unwanted spam in your inbox.
No more unwanted solicitation. You are in full control of what information you give
out and who responds to you.

Job Board:
Docs4Hire is committed to physicians. We do not want to be everything to everybody.
We simply want to be the best at what we do which is putting physicians and employers
together.
Docs4Hire is a physician-only job board. There are no plans to expand our service
offerings into the nursing, allied health, or executive/administrative market.
Salary Surveys:
Most physicians want to know what they are worth. This information is valuable to
everyone: the job-seeking physicians, the non job-seeking physicians, hospital administrators,
hiring institutions, and even national and local governments. Docs4Hire freely publishes
this information in REAL-TIME, thereby creating a current and accurate Fair Market
Value (FMV) of physician salaries by specialty and geographic location. Docs4Hire
accomplishes this by requiring that ALL jobs that are posted online include accurate
salary information; without this information the job will not be posted.
NOTE: Clients are permitted to post jobs without publicly disclosing their
salaries; however, be aware that this information is still gathered. This permits
Docs4Hire to always have the most accurate salary information, while also allowing
clients to keep such information confidential.
While holding such valuable information, Docs4Hire’s salary surveys become truly
unique in the physician employment industry. Not only does it remove the guesswork
from assessing what certain physicians should be earning in certain markets, it
also breaks it down by specialty, state, region, and nation. With this information,
not only do physicians suddenly have tremendous bargaining power when negotiating
proposed offers, but it also gives current physicians, pleased with their current
employer, greater bargaining power to re-negotiate their current salary.
Prior to Docs4Hire, physician’s salaries were set for the current year using data
that was collected from the previous year’s salary surveys. Additionally, it can
take anywhere from six to eight months to collect and publish that information resulting
in salary surveys that could often be as much as two years old.

Benefit Analysis:
Docs4Hire’s free Benefit Calculator is truly unique. Nowhere else in the entire
physician employment industry will it be found; it is a service that offers the
employment seeking physician the ability of being able to compare benefit packages
with ease and simplicity.
After collecting detailed information about benefit packages from our job-posting
clients, our patent-pending benefit calculator uses a series of algorithms, computes
the value of the package, and rates the package on a scale from one to five stars
(a five star is the best). At a glance, physicians can compare both the offered
salary and the benefit package of any employment posting.
Looking for a position that offers Student Loan Repayment? How about a position
that provides a pension? Or a position that has a large Sign-On Bonus? Or a position
that will accept J1 Visas? All of these searches can be done quickly and easily
with Docs4Hire Software. With two mouse clicks, a physician can easily find the
job they are seeking. Where else can physicians find this much flexibility and detailed
information than at Docs4Hire?

Database:
Docs4Hire’s employer clients are provided with the most comprehensive suite of tools
at industry low rates. Included in their annual membership is an unlimited number
of job postings – which is rare in the physician recruitment industry (most websites
charge a per posting fee).
Superior products and services + industry low rates = popular job board.

Contact Information:
Physicians will never be required to register, become a member, or enroll to view
complete details of every job that is posted on Docs4Hire.com.
Inquiring physician can access detailed employment descriptions and employer contact
information without ever having to provide details about themselves; physicians
don’t even have to log in to browse the jobs. This ensures complete anonymity to
physicians searching our database of employment opportunities.

Third Parties Restricted:
An overwhelming majority of all physician-related job-boards on the internet are
intermixed with both in-house and third-party employment advertisements. A physician
not only gives up his or her personal information when inquiring into one of these
positions, but it is very likely that the contact information that is given will
probably be to a third-party recruiter.
At Docs4Hire job-postings are guaranteed to be free of ANY listings from Headhunters
and\or Third-Party Agencies. Docs4Hire strictly prohibits these listings and vigorously
monitors the job-board for them.
PHYSICIAN TIP: Be wary of working with Headhunters and Third Party Agencies. A large
number of hiring institutions (Hospitals and Universities) absolutely REFUSE to
work with these firms due to their high cost. In many cases, by working with these
firms the physician runs the risks of actually limiting their job search.

Physician Discussion Forum:
NEW in 2008, our Physician Discussion Forum is a place where physicians are encouraged
to gather amongst themselves to discuss any topic: medical or non-medical.
Membership is required in order to maintain the integrity of the Physician
Discussion Forum and to verify that its members are physicians. Non-physicians are
restricted from becoming members and posting to the Physician Discussion Forums.
While a physician’s personal information is collected in order to use this feature,
this information is exclusive to the forum and is not shared or sold to anyone –
